Chicken Fry Masala Recipe
Required Ingredients
1 Kg chicken
1 cup water
4 tablespoon vegetable oil
Salt as required
1 egg whites
1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
4 tablespoon corn flour
1 packet AnJ Chicken Fry Masala
Cooking Instructions
Wash the chicken under running water and place it over a chopping board. Now slice the chicken into small pieces and keep it aside.
Next add 1 packet AnJ Chicken Fry Masala and water mix it well to make a paste of smooth consistency. Now add corn flour, egg white, lemon juice, and salt into the mixture and mix it again.
Now, take a bowl and add chicken pieces and the Masala mixture into the bowl. Marinate the chicken pieces with the mixture and refrigerate for half an hour.
Next, place a fry pan over medium heat and pour oil in it. Once the oil is heated, fry the marinated chicken pieces until golden brown in color. Serve hot.
